TAYLOR PHOTO will establish an on-line User Name and Password and send it to you.

Once you have logged in you must fill out the required fields in order for us to be able to process your request.

In the event we have any questions, or if your form was not completed correctly, a representative will contact you via phone. 

Acceptable File Types:

• JPEG (compressed - ZIP format)
• JPEG (uncompressed)
• TIFF (compressed and uncompressed - LZW)
• PDF
  

Filling Out the CLIENT FILE UPLOAD Form:

• Fill out ALL required fileds
  
  • FIRST AND LAST NAME
  • COMPANY OR BUSINESS NAME
  • EMAIL ADDRESS
  • PHONE NUMBER
  • DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE DONE
  • IF ANY OF THESE FIELDS ARE NOT COMPLETED THE FILES WILL NOT BE SENT
  • IF THE DESCRIPTION IS NOT CLEAR IT WILL CAUSE A DELAY IN OUTPUT AND DELIVERY
    
• You may send up to 5 files for each upload
  
• If the total upload is more than 50MB - you should utilize some kind of compression (eg - convert the file to JPEG and compress). If you have multiple files you may need to send in multiple batches.
  
• File sizes in excess of 50MB may cause a time-out either from our server - or from your provider.

Turn Around Time :

• For Files Received prior to Noon (Eastern Time) Normal Turn Around is FOUR BUSINESS DAYS. This is for any of our Print Options without any additional Services.
  
• Files Received after Noon - Turn Around is FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. This is for any of our Print Options without any additional Services.
  
• Add one additional day for extra services such as Mounting, Retouching, etc.
  
• We will notify you by phone if the complexity of your job will prevent us from meeting these deadlines.
